I. Introduction of Dr. Kent:
Chiropractic Physician, Shiatsu Therapist, Acupuncturist, and nutritional counselor.
Practicing in Naperville, Dr. Christianson provides great care and encourages his patients
to adopt lifestyle changes that will support their care.
Such changes include exercise, dietary considerations, vitamin and herbal supplementation, as well as, more affirming positive mental attitudes.
Stresses - good vs. bad; weddings or childbirth vs. funerals or divorce.
Shiatsu - What is it, and how it can help? It is the skillful art of
assessing another's condition and applying compassionate energetic touch to restore
optimal expression of one's self.
Dietary considerations about stress include "Chemical" considerations that can
enhance our daily activities, or are detrimental to accomplishing our tasks. i.e.; Coffee
& doughnuts vs. whole grain cereals with juice; regular exercise, healthful diet with
proper supplementation or, waiting for what seems to be the inevitable and unnecessary,
"need of heroic measures"; surgeries to cut out the problem, and maybe the
solution.
